Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado (200 g)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves (26 g), chopped
  • 4 tablespoons (6 g) of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Let it chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
