This dynamic exercise session includes an aspect of cardio, main, and energy movements wrapped up in a seamless circuit to educate the complete offer.


This is a complicated still fun circuit exercise that makes use of reps and timed intervals. It moves speedily so be positive to discover the routines so you can transition efficiently. 

  • The 1st 3 physical exercises are total overall body main moves that are performed by ‘decreasing reps’. (Ex: 50, 30,10 reps/ work out)
