Just after a month of consuming Keto, 1 of the biggest surprises to me was my absence of cravings for sweet factors.
However, something I’ve definitely missed is getting a little something crunchy a longside my afternoon coffee.
Thats where by these Keto Shortbread cookies occur in! Incredibly easy to make.
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon butter
.5 tablespoon Truvia sweetner
2 drops of Vanilla Extract
Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds, incorporate all the elements in a bowl, stir right until all the ingredients are mixed together.
Divide mixture into 4 parts and position on to a greased baking tray.
Bake at gas mark 5 (190 degrees) for 20 minutes (or right up until they are properly golden).
Dunk into your tea, drizzle with melted darkish chocolate, dip into more thick double cream- do what ever you want with them, I’m not your Mum.
